The Dude Behind The Delights
Hello! I’m Roger. After 18 years of civil engineering I had a calling to go back to my family roots of baking cookies. I set out to bake every kind of cookie imaginable, but I soon developed a love-love relationship with macarons.
The name is meant to be an expression for just a dude with a mixer and an oven enthusiastically making delightful, sweet baked goods. We are laidback, but when it comes to macarons we are 100% serious.

Why macarons? Maybe because of the challenge of making macarons–the textures, flavors, colors, and endless possibilities!
Where to find us
We do pop-ups and vendor markets, we take special orders for all kinds of events, we have a few wholesale accounts where our delights can be found in the wild, and we are currently allowed to ship within NYS borders. Check us out, you will be delighted.
